Kevin Nolan is unhappy with the timing El Hadji Diouf's remarks that he will leave Bolton at the end of the season.

"It probably wasn't the right time for him to say those things," Nolan said. "It's not something the fans or the players want to hear when you are fighting relegation. But if that is how he feels then he goes. Hopefully if we stay up he will have a change of mind.

"I'm happy. I've always said that I'll never submit a transfer request and I stand by that. If we go down I'm not going to put in a transfer request."
