West Ham midfielder Mark Noble admits it could take years for manager Gianfranco Zola to get the team playing the way he wants them to.

"The formation is a good one," the 21-year-old told the Mirror. "Obviously it's going to be a slow process, though.

"It's not going to work over months, it's going to be a couple of years before he finally gets it going.

"I'm really enjoying the role I've been given, but then again it's only enjoyable if you're winning."
