There will be no strike action by Hearts players over their unpaid wages, says captain Christophe Berra. There were reports on Wednesday that players would consider striking if the wages are not paid, but Berra insists that is not the case.
He told Hearts News: "Nothing has been said by the players. We are total professionals, we train hard and we want to win every Saturday.
"We know that if we are successful as a team that can only be good for us as individuals in our career."
Berra stressed it was "not true" that players would strike, and added: "I can promise our supporters that we are totally committed to Hearts and this weekend's game."
