Blackburn are in the process of signing MK Dons captain Keith Andrews who is undergoing a medical ahead of a proposed move to Ewood Park.
Andrews has been linked with a switch to Rovers for the last couple of months, while a number of Championship sides were also thought to be interested.
The 27-year-old now looks set to join Blackburn before the close of the transfer window and join his former MK Dons boss Paul Ince.
