MK Dons boss Ince: I won't work for Capello

MK Dons boss Paul Ince says there's no chance of him joining Fabio Capello's England backroom team.

He told Sky Sports News: "There's absolutely no chance of me working with England, it doesn't interest me in the slightest. I enjoy being a manager and I'm not one to play second fiddle to anyone.

"When he's bringing another four Italians with him then I don't see where the Englishman is going to fit in, so it's a strange one."

Ince was disappointed to see a foreigner given the England job and believes the appointment of Capello sends out the wrong message to young coaches like himself.

He said: "I've always said that it's a sad indictment that we have to scour Europe to find a manager for England.

"It's not all about CVs. He may have won a lot of trophies but you have to motivate players as well.

"The FA say to you you have to go out and get your badges and you sometimes think 'what's the point if they are just going to go into Europe to get a manager?"'
