Former Burnley boss Steve Cotterill is moving to the USA.

Cotterill has landed a seven-week stint as boss of Minnesota Thunder.

The former Burnley boss flew out last night to be technical director and head coach of a side who play in America's second tier.

Cotterill said: "They want me to appraise the playing staff and youth set-up and get the team moving again."
