Steve McClaren insists he's not sweating over his job prospects, despite England's precarious position.

England are facing a Euro 2008 KO after Wednesday's defeat in Russia, but McClaren told The Sun: "I'm not thinking about that, I'm really not.

"It's what happens after 12 games and Russia have got two to play and we've got one."

But how could he stay if England did not qualify?

McClaren added: "That is not crossing my mind whatsoever. This is a huge disappointment to everybody.

"We've lost a football match, a big football match, and you can't expect me to be confident and breezy."
