Hibs boss Mixu Paatelainen fears Guillaume Beuzelin will leave the club for a move to England.
Paatelainen admits he would like to keep the playmaker, but fears the 29-year-old will be leaving Easter Road.
"He is a quality player and we want to keep quality. It's up to him," said Paatelainen. "I've said all along we're keen to keep him but it's out of our hands a wee bit really.
"We hope he stays but if he decides to go elsewhere we have to respect that."
