Iceland star Aron Gunnarsson is looking forward to taking on Scotland after Iceland drew 2-2 in Norway on Saturday. A double from Rosenborg striker Steffen Iversen twice put Norway ahead, but a Heidar Helguson header and an Eidur Gudjohnsen free-kick gave Iceland a share of the spoils.
An impressive Icelandic performance almost resulted in a shock three points when Gunnarsson's late lob struck the post and the Coventry midfielder is targeting more of the same on Wednesday.
He said: "We wanted to keep a clean sheet but it didn't work so we had to score more. If Scotland slip up against Macedonia who says Holland can't make the same mistake?
"If we play our best game then we can beat Scotland but they would need to have an off night. You just don't know and if we play like we did against Norway anything's possible."
