Hearts defender Jose Goncalves has called on senior teammates to take leadership roles at the club.
He said: "These players have gone to other teams and now we have new players, new characters and it is different. Steven Pressley and Paul Hartley were leaders and now we need to be leaders ourselves, we can't think about the players we have lost.
"Christophe Berra is a leader and Robbie Neilson has played a long time for Hearts and he is a leader as well. But every player can be a leader. In the position we are in, things are hard and we need to stick together and be leaders."
