Hearts coach Stephen Frail says the club shouldn't limit their manager search to the UK.

He said: "I think a foreign manager would have to know what Scottish football is all about. They would have to know the demands and the passion of it.

"If it's a foreigner they would need to come and adapt to Scottish football. It's the same if we went aboard, we would have to adapt and change our philosophy.

"As long as the person who comes in is the right one and takes us forward, that has to be the most important thing.

"It's a great job, it's a fantastic job at a great club with great supporters. We have a great training facility, everything is there."
