The 20-year-old striker is currently one of the bright lights at Dinamo so they have no intention of letting him leave so early into his development.
Zagreb sports director Zoran Mamic got straight to the point when he told a Croatian reporter: "Tadic can't go anywhere. He will stay at Dinamo.
"We are counting on him because we believe in his ability."
Barely 24 hours after fuelling rumours by saying that he would be keen on joining West Ham, Tadi admitted that he was purely reacting to press reports and that he has not had any contact with the London side.
"It is true it would be an honour for me to move to such a great club," he said. "But everything I heard about my transfer to West Ham, I read it in the newspapers.
"Nobody spoke to me about this."
