Inverness midfielder Don Cowie, whose contract expires at the end of the season, is in no rush to sign a new deal. "My contract is up in the summer and I spoke with the manager in the close season," the 25 year old told the Daily Record.
"It's something I'm taking my time over. The manager is fully aware of that and he's letting me get on with it.
"It's flattering to be linked with other clubs, it gives you confidence.
"But there have maybe been times this season when I've not been as good as last year. As a footballer you set yourself high standards and you have to try to progress every game and every year."
