"With the England team it's always the same story," he told the Sunday Mirror.

"They put everyone under pressure for the first 20 minutes but if they don't score an early goal it becomes difficult.

"They conceded a goal, then the crowd was not really good. I was disappointed they didn't support their team.

"Playing for your club you can see the same England players are far more comfortable on the ball."
