England boss Fabio Capello admits he is seeking to inject the same spirit in his squad as what Croatia boast.

Reflecting on Croatia's Euro2008 campaign so far, Capello said: "What made a very big impression on me was the spirit of that group and also the quality of the players in the dangerous moments of the game.

"We need to get that same spirit in the group.

I saw this spirit and character. You see all the players play 100 per cent.

"This is the most important characteristic of Croatia. We know, technically, the Croatia players and they are very good - now we must find the spirit they have."
