Birmingham City's two-goal hero Cameron Jerome admits he's visiting a shrink to help him cope with the rigours of the Premiership.
After scoring twice against Derby on Saturday, Jerome revealed: "I was a little bit affected by the transfer.
"I felt really at home at Cardiff. Then I came to a big club and I didn't get off to the best of starts. My confidence was hit straightaway. It's taken me a long while to get it back up.
"We've got a sports psychologist who I've been working with as well. He's teaching me to deal with my confidence. I'm open to anything. I want to listen and learn. Anything that is going to help my career or make me better, I'm willing to try."
