Striker Marcus Bent has revealed the Wigan players have been taking on board constructive criticism as they look to turn around their form.
"We had a chat after the Birmingham game and on the way home on the coach - sometimes it needs that.
"People have to be told what they are doing wrong so that they can put it right. It's not done in a bad way - it is trying to help people get on with their job and do it better.
"We are trying to help each other out. We all want to get back on the right track and back to where we were earlier in the season. At the moment, we are on a little bit of a slump.
"But we're not worried too much because we have potential in the squad and we are very much together as a squad. We can put this right and I believe it will come." Bent told the Wigan Evening Post.
