Henry missed Wednesday's defeat to Scotland due to suspension, but remained in Paris to watch the game instead of being released back to Barca.
Approached by El Mundo Deportivo after training yesterday about the controversy, Henry chose not to comment, though put up his hands as if to plead "no contest".
There has been no official line from Henry or Barca whether it was indeed Domenech who ordered the player to remain in Paris, or the striker's decision alone.
