Aliadiere pleads for patience over Middlesbrough pal Lee

"It does take time to settle and it's very difficult," said Aliadiere. "If you don't speak English it is even worse, I had to go through it myself.

"I came over and didn't speak any English. It took me a few years to get used to the English way of life and the language. It's a big difference from France to England so I can only imagine it's even harder from South Korea to England.

"He needs time to come to terms with things. I totally support him in what he is going through. It's really difficult.

"He is a very good player and you can see in training that he is a great player. You just need that little bit of confidence and if he can find that from somewhere he will be fine."
