Chelsea boss Antonio Conte doesn't want any sulkers at Cobham.
Conte, known as 'The Godfather' in Italy because of his Al Pacino features and explosive, no-nonsense approach, does not tolerate sulking prima donnas.
The ex-international midfielder, who made 296 Serie A appearances for Juventus, said: “My approach with my players is always the right way – because I was a footballer. When I speak, when I make an emotional speech, with a player alone or all together, I know their mind.
“I like to give education and respect always. But I also demand education and respect. And if I don't have this, you are asking for trouble."
