Chelsea has turned their sights towards former Manchester City goalkeeper Willy Caballero.
City released the Argentinean at the end of last season after three seasons with the club.
The former Malaga shot-stopper served primarily as a back-up at the Etihad, having made only 23 appearances for the Sky Blues.
According to The Sun, Caballero may now move south to Chelsea on a free transfer.
Chelsea manager Antonio Conte is searching for a goalkeeper after former number two, Asmir Begovic, left last month to join Bournemouth.
The Blues is also interested in Paris Saint-Germain's Alphonse Areola to fill the position.
