Juventus coach Antonio Conte was left frustrated with their 2-2 draw against Sassuolo.
Conte blamed slack defending for the two points dropped.
"Games last 95 minutes and one lapse will get punished," he told reporters.
"We have to be careful not to undermine the good work we have done so far. We need to remain alert, especially from dead ball situations, otherwise we'll be punished like we were today.
"We need to show the same determination and hunger we've witnessed over the past two years, otherwise it will become very difficult for us.
"There were some serious lapses in concentration in the second half. Hopefully, this will serve as a lesson for the future."
