Juventus coach Antonio Conte feels Chelsea have come out on top after missing out on Napoli striker Edinson Cavani.
He insinuated that Chelsea were lucky that Cavani was destined for Paris, not London.
"PSG have given Napoli a great gift," he said.
"I wished he would stay because we have almost always beaten them with him. Now they have £54m to spend instead."
