Conte wants to build a three man attack of Bale and Hazard playing behind Blues centre-forward Alvaro Morata.
Knowing Bale could be available for a knockdown €60m next year, Conte is pushing management to move for the Welshman, who would be open to a move to Stamford Bridge, despite his Tottenham background.
It's also suggested to strengthen their proposal, Chelsea are willing to better Bale's Real salary to tempt him back to England.
