Chelsea youngster Ruben Loftus-Cheek claims that manager Antonio Conte's passion is rubbing off on the playing group.
The 20-year-old, who has been deployed by Conte in a forward position during the pre-season, adds that the Chelsea squad is working on a new formation under the Italian which they plan to implement this coming season.
He told Goal: "We've got a different formation and we are working really hard at it, every day, double sessions, to try and get it into our heads.
"The way we want to play and try to get used to all the movement and just try to be on the same wavelength, all of us on the pitch. So that's the aim at the moment, but I am really enjoying working with the new boss and staff, it is exciting.
"It is good to see the manager that has that much passion on the sideline and I think he gives the players a boost then we all want to do well."
