Conte insists Juventus underdogs against Bayern Munich

Juventus coach Antonio Conte says they're underdogs for their Champions League clash with Bayern Munich.

Juve meet Bayern tonight in the first-leg of their quarterfinal.

“We know we're outsiders and that we're up against one of the main contenders,” he told a Press conference. “But we're not here by chance.

“We’ll look to identify the weak points of an incredibly strong Bayern team. It will be a great, combative game.

“We're delighted to be back in the final stages of Europe after a long absence and will look to play our own game.

“Tomorrow we'll be up against an extremely strong side. Bayern's 20-point lead over a top side like Borussia Dortmund is a real testament of the strength that they possess.

“But we can't let that put us off our game.

“There’s plenty of desire to see how we measure up against Bayern. It's a test that will show us how far we've come.”
