Chivas USA have signed former Sporting Kansas City defender Jimmy Conrad.

The 33-year old former USA international has joined Chivas after spending eight seasons in Kansas. He was picked up by Chivas in the MLS Re-Entry draft and was then offered a contract by the Los Angeles club.

Conrad has played 28 times for the national team and has made close to 300 MLS appearances with both Kansas and San Jose.
