Newcastle United midfielder Conor Newton is unsure about his next move.

Newton will learn his future at the end of the season when his magical loan spell at St Mirren is up.

He told the Evening Chronicle: "I don't know what will happen.

"My contract is up at the end of the season so we'll see what happens."

His agent Spencer Downey said: "This has been a great experience for Conor. Going on loan is one of the most important things for a young player to do."
