Confusion reigns over the future of Samuel Eto'o at Barcelona.
Barca president Joan Laporta declared yesterday there was no need to sign a new striker this summer because "we already have him (Eto'o) here".
However, with less than 12 months remaining on his existing contract, Eto'o's agent, Josep Maria Mesalles, warned: "No offer on the table exists.
"There is no player in the world who would turn down the chance to play in the (English) Premier League."
Last night, Laporta also said: "He gave us goals and character, we will consider what to do with him and his agent, the sports director (Txiki) Begiristain and (coach Pep) Guardiola.
"However, there are many offers for him."
