The commercial spin-offs from moving to the Premiership are sure to be a factor as AC Milan ace Kaka ponders a staggering £15 million-a-year offer from Manchester City.

The Daily Mail says Kaka is aware of his commercial worth and is not averse to cashing in on his fame. Married with a seven-month-old child, the devout evangelical Christian is one of the faces of adidas and also has a modelling contract with Armani.

For City, and in particular for Sheik Mansour, he is the box-office player they have been searching for since the takeover last summer.
