Guillerom Barros Schelotto and Frankie Hejduk are hoping they can play one more MLS season with Columbus Crew.
The Columbus Dispatch suggests that 37-year old Schelotto and 36-year old Hejduk, the men who led the Crew to the 2008 MLS Cup, are keen to go around again.
The pair told reporters after their MLS play-offs exit at the hands of Colorado Rapids that they would love the chance to push for another title with the Crew but management may have other ideas.
The ageing stars may be surplus to requirements in the eyes of boss Robert Warzycha and his coaching staff, indicating that the experienced duo could be forced to find a new home in 2011.
