Robbie Kristo has joined Italian club Spezia Calcio it has been confirmed.
The St Louis University forward has signed a contract with the Serie B outfit after impressing on trial.
Kristo was taken with a third-round pick by Columbus Crew in the 2015 MLS SuperDraft but the Ohio club did not offer him a deal prior to him beginning his training stint with the La Spezia side.
The 22-year old American citizen was born in Bosnia but holds a Croatian passport meaning he does not require a visa to join the Aquilotti.
