Columbus Crew coach Robert Warzycha can sense Schmid shadow

New Columbus Crew Head Coach Robert Warzycha is very aware that he has big boots to fill following the departure of championship winning coach Sigi Schmid. Speaking to The Columbus Dispatch, Warzycha said: "I've been in charge for two months. I'm not doing something new, just a little bit different. We won a championship. I'm not saying we have to forget about it, but as soon as we can, we have to focus on a new season. I think we have the championship formula within us, we just have to carry over the momentum. If we can do that, we can improve and get better. And we have to get better, because everyone else is."

Columbus Crew travel to Houston Dynamo for their 2009 league opener on March 21st.
