Colorado Rapids trials for Watford defender Travner

Watford defender Jure Travner has been trialling with Colorado Rapids during their preseason tour of England.

Travner, who signed from NK Celje for £60,000 in the summer, has yet to make his debut for the Hornets and manager Malky Mackay is keen for the left back to go out on loan.

The defender had a three-day trial with the Rapids, which concluded yesterday.
