Colorado Rapids set to land Zamora ace Torres

Colorado Rapids are on the verge of completing a deal for Zamora FC striker Gabriel Torres.

The 24-year old Panama international, who has so far netted five goals in the CONCACAF Gold Cup, is expected to become the Rapids' first Designated Player.

MLSsoccer.com suggests that a deal for Torres could be finalised by next week.
