Colorado Rapids have been forced to place Pablo Mastroeni on the disabled list whilst waiving the services of Harrison Henao.
35-year old Argentine midfielder Mastroeni has been suffering from concussion-related symptoms since March and has now been put on the injury list for six weeks.
Meanwhile, the Rapids have cut Colombian midfielder Henao who will now return to homeland Once Caldas from where he was on loan with Colorado.
"In talking to Pablo, we want to continue giving him time to make decisions about his next step," said Colorado Rapids Technical Director Paul Bravo.
"We would also like to thank Harrison for his efforts with the team and wish him the best in the future."
