Gabriel Torres' move from Zamora FC to Colorado Rapids is still not complete.
The 24-year old Panama international was set to move to the Rapids this week but the Denver club and the strikers current home side have reportedly been unable to come to an agreement on the transfer fee.
Rapids head coach told the Denver Post: "He wants to be here. Everything was agreed to. Now we're waiting."
Torres recently starred for Panama at the CONCACAF Gold Cup, scoring five goals for the tournament runners-up to share the Golden Boot with USA's Landon Donovan and Chris Wondolowski.
