Colorado Rapids add goalkeeper Irwin, defender Kindle

Colorado Rapids have signed goalkeeper Clint Irwin and defender Kory Kindle.

23-year old Irwin joins after a successful stint with Elon University which preceded time with Capital City FC in Ottawa and Charlotte Eagles whilst 21-year old Kindle was picked up the Rapids with selection number 25 in the 2013 MLS SuperDraft.

"These two young players give us depth and will push others for playing time in their first MLS seasons," said Rapids Technical Director Paul Bravo.

"Kory is a player we scouted over the last few years in college, and we were thrilled to get him in the SuperDraft, while Clint came to us highly recommended and made a great impression in preseason. We'd like to welcome both players to our squad."
