Liverpool manager Jurgen Klopp has reportedly identified Cologne left-back Jonas Hector as one of his top transfer targets this summer.

The Sun is reporting the Reds sent two scouts to watch Hector in action for Germany against England on Saturday.

It is understood Klopp has identified the 25-year-old as a potential replacement for Alberto Moreno.

Cologne have reportedly placed a £12million price tag of Hector, who is under contract with the Bundesliga club until 2018.
