Newcastle skipper Fabricio Coloccini reported for training on Thursday, amid continued speculation about his future. There had been suggestions that Coloccini had walked out on the club over his desire for an immediate return home for personal reasons.
The 31-year-old Argentina international's representatives met Newcastle officials earlier this week to discuss his desire to return to South America but nothing was resolved.
