Aston Villa's James Collins believes his central defensive mate Richard Dunne will be a top player at this summer's Euros.
The 32-year old defender was yesterday named in Giovanni Trapattoni's Republic of Ireland squad for the Poland and Ukraine tournament and Collins says he will be raring to go after returning to club football earlier than expected from a broken collarbone.
"Obviously qualifying was great for him so he was desperate to get back in time for that. He was also keen to be back in a Villa shirt before the end of the season to help us, so not just for the European Championships.""It's massive for him. I know he loves playing for Ireland and from the Euro 2012 qualifiers I saw the buzz he had when he was back here afterwards," Collins said.
