Wales coach Chris Coleman feels Gareth Bale will stay with Tottenham.

Coleman believes a top four finish will guarantee Bale sticks with Spurs.

"I'm sure if he was playing for a bigger nation, they'd already be saying he's one of the greats. For me, he's right up there, just ­behind Messi and Ronaldo," said the ex-Fulham and Real Sociedad coach.

"I said last year he can play for anybody. Nothing has changed. And, of course, the biggest clubs are going to come looking. Spurs know and won't want to lose him.

"But he seems happy there. It doesn't look as if he wants to leave. He's doing brilliantly. I'm sure if Spurs make the ­Champions League, Gareth will stay."
