Joe Cole sees himself in a central role at Liverpool.
Cole, who was restricted to a position on the left during much of his time at Chelsea, admits he wants to make the central role his own.
"It's like playing as a third midfielder really," said the 28-year-old. "I like to start in those positions, but I also look to let Stevie (Gerrard) get forward and fill in when I can.
"I enjoyed the game and hopefully I'll be better and better with each one I play."
