Carlton Cole has confirmed he will leave West Ham United this summer.
The 29-year old striker, who arrived at Upton Park from Chelsea in 2006, posted on Twitter that he will be leaving East London after seven years of service.

During his time with West Ham, former England international Cole scored 47 goals in 227 league appearances including 15 in the Championship in the 2011/12 season which led the Iron back to the Premier League.
