Joe Cole says Chelsea's players are happy with the changes new manager Avram Grant are making to their playing style.
"I love my football and want to become a better player, so I'm trying to listen and learn as Avram and the coaches tell us how they want us to play.
"I'm having to try and adjust to playing more expansive football. The whole team is. There are some big differences to take in.
"It's mainly the way the wide men have to play but I'm not saying what the tactics are. Other players and clubs will be trying to find out more but I'm sure the punters will start to notice the difference."
