Cole: Everyone calm despite West Ham's poor start

Carlton Cole insists there is no panic in the West Ham camp despite finding themselves in the bottom three.

The Hammers have not won in the league since the opening day success over Wolves.

"We as a team are getting there," the 26 year old said.

"We maybe are a bit naive at the moment but we are working to improve on everything and not make the same mistakes.

"There is no panic, we know how to get ourselves out of the situation we are in. We have some good senior pros who will help the younger players - we have a young team and we have to keep going, which we will."
