Ashley Cole believes Chelsea can go through the season unbeaten.

The England left-back was a major part of the legendary Arsenal team which went through the 2003-04 season unbeaten to win the title.

And four games into the new campaign, Cole, 26, recognises a similar vibe about the Blues.

Jose Mourinho's side are unbeaten so far and Cole said: "I think this could be another version of the invincibles.

"When you go to Liverpool, you know it's going to be tough and any team which goes there will come away happy with a point.

"We showed a great team spirit and the passion and fight we need.

"Fighting spirit wins you titles. I had it at Arsenal and we've definitely got it here."
