Tamir Cohen is confident no-one at Bolton Wanderers is doubting his commitment.
Cohen, 25, cost just £37,000 when he became boss Gary Megson's first signing 2½ years ago.
Megson will not name the players he accused of undermining him but he cannot have been referring to his bargain-basement midfielder.
Cohen, who faces relegation rivals Wolves tomorrow, said: "I don't know who the gaffer was talking about but I don't think there is anyone who is not trying to play well for the team.
"The manager is a very passionate man who wants to succeed. But the players are responsible for results and we must change things quickly.
"It is 18th against 19th so it will be a massive battle. We have not kept a single clean sheet this season in the league.
"If we can take three points from Wolves, everything can change."
