Xerez winger Francis Perez is attracting rival Primera Liga interest.

Despite Xerez's struggles so far this season, Francis has caught the eye and is being tracked by Real Zaragoza, Racing Santander, Valencia and Villarreal.

For now, however, the midfielder insists he's happy to stay with Xerez.
