Club World Cup: Auckland City progress to meet African champions

Auckland City, making a record sixth appearance at the Club World Cup, are through to the quarter finals after a penalty shoot-out success over Moroccan outfit Moghreb Tetouan. The Oceania champions won 4-3 after the match ended goalless following extra time in Wednesday's opening game of the tournament.

The New Zealand part-timers are through to the next round for only the second time and will face African champions Entente Setif of Algeria.
